- 3. Supporting Documentation: Includes proof of investment, business plan, financial statements, and evidence of ownership, etc.
- 4. File Forms with Robust Supporting Evidence at your local US Consulate if overseas, or on Form I-129: Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker to USCIS if inside the U.S.. This will detail your business and your role as an investor or senior manager.
